Back from hols!

Just got back from 10 days in Cyprus and had a fabulous time. Was swelteringly hot in comparison to the UK. Managed to fall flat on my face only 0.04 miles into a run and get stuck in a lift… usual behaviour for me daily I add. However, was lovely to get away and have some family time.
