Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

It is all run from home and online. However, if you get in touch, we can arrange a time that suits for to visit and try on. 

What are the shipping options?

If local to LE9 6WA you can click and pick up or alternatively we ship with Evri and takes 3-5 working days, but often sooner. The cost is £3.10 for a parcel in the UK or free for spend of £50 or more.

How do I make sure I order the correct size?

Many of our items are one size, which usually is 8 to 14/16, however we also have sized items, which are all clearly labelled. Please contact me if you need any help with sizing and I can help you with this. 

How do I contact you?

I have a button to do live chat on the website, if I’m busy at that time I will return the message as soon as possible and this will email you, where we can continue the conversation.

 When will I receive my order?

 
Usually Evri takes 3-5 working days. If for whatever reason you have not received this, please let me know and I can look into this. 

What happens if I want to return my item?

If you are unhappy with your items, please email me for the return address. It is also on the address label of the package. It must be returned in its original condition, with tags within 14 days. See our returns page for more detailed information. 

How can I see you on social media?

I have a page on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. I do weekly lives most weeks on Tue or Wed evenings on FB. There are links to these pages at the bottom of our home page.
