About us

I have worked in hotels all my life and during lockdown all of this disappeared due to lockdown. I decided to start Coutzy and bring clothes to people locally, as they couldn’t get to the shops. I soon had many regular customers who liked my styles and also appreciated my good customer service and caring attitude to making sure I delivered what they wanted. It has grown steadily since then over the past 2 years and beyond.

I love getting your comments and selfies, showing how much you like your outfits. Your feedback on compliments you have had wearing them is amazing. As a mum, it has always been important for me that people feel confident in their clothes and sometimes after having children we lose our identity and all our focus is on the family. My customers range from approximately 30 up to my oldest customer who is nearly 83! We have something for all sizes and all ages. I love running and as an active person, I spend many hours wearing running gear. I always wanted clothes that were still comfortable, but looked stylish and I could wear with ease.

I like offering affordable clothing, that I can’t find on the High Street, with the closing of many retailers who catered for my age group. I like my clothes range to be mix 'n' match, which makes it easy to interchange items, without having to spend a fortune. I have recently introduced a new range from “Kaffe” to bring in individual sizing and also a more premium, luxury collection, so there is something for all price ranges.
